What types of bins do you clean?
We service a variety of wheelie bins, including red, yellow, green, blue, and purple bins, as well as large 660-litre bins.
Do I need to be home during the bin cleaning service?
No. Your bins are cleaned at your property and as long as we have access to your bins, we can perform the cleaning. Please leave bins either on the street or on your property with an unlocked gate.
How are the bins cleaned?
We scrape out and remove any remaining waste from your bins. Wheelie bins are then placed on our custom built wash bay and thoroughly cleaned using high-pressure, cold water and environmentally safe cleaning products. We then inspect, wipe down and dry your bins inside and out. Finally, we apply a deodoriser to neutralise any lingering odours, leaving your bins fresh and clean.
Commercial bins are washed inside and out and waste water is removed through suction into our wash bay.
Do you use my water supply?
No, our vehicles are equipped with their own water tanks, so we don’t use your water.
What happens to the dirty water?
The dirty water is contained within our vehicles, ensuring there is no mess left behind.
How long does it take to clean my bins?
The cleaning process usually takes between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the bins’ condition.
How often should I have my bins cleaned?
We recommend cleaning your bins every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks, depending on your needs.
Where will my bins be placed after cleaning?
We will place your bins back in a safe location near your property, similar to where they are usually placed for collection.
What if the council garbage trucks don’t empty my bins?
If the council trucks miss your bins, we will try to return after they reschedule. If we cannot, you will be notified via text, and you won’t be charged.
How much does it cost to clean my bins?
Our rates start at $15 per bin per clean for regular fortnightly or monthly services (1 bin = $15, 2 bins = $30, 3 bins = $45). The fee for 660-litre bins is $40 each. Please note: the first clean is $80 for commercial bins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit cardor direct debit. We do not accept cash payments.
How do I schedule a bin cleaning service?
To arrange a bin cleaning, call us at 0468 999 700 or fill out our booking form. We require a minimum of 15 properties in your suburb to start service. You will receive a confirmation text with your scheduled cleaning day once your area is active.
